Do you support the mod_pagespeed module?
The mod_pagespeed Apache module is designed to reduce page load time and improve web site performance. It is developed by Google. We can install mod_pagespeed by request for the following account types:
- Managed VPS (non-Cloudflare Boost accounts)
- Managed Business Server (non-Cloudflare Boost accounts)
If you would like the mod_pagespeed module installed on your server, please open a support ticket on the Webhost.Berlin Customer Portal at https://berlin.hosting.
Managed accounts with Cloudflare Boost do not support the mod_pagespeed module. There are two reasons for this:
- The mod_pagespeed module only works with the Apache web server, and Cloudflare Boost servers use the StarterSpeed web server.
- The StarterSpeed web server already includes the features of mod_pagespeed. Even if it could be installed on Cloudflare Boost servers (which it cannot), doing so would be unnecessary and duplicate functionality.
